Accessibility statement

We want this website to be usable by everyone — including with a keyboard, a screen reader, heavy magnification or light sensitivity. This statement says what we hold ourselves to and where it still falls short.

Standard

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as also underlying the European standard EN 301 549.

This is a plain information site: you cannot order anything here, register anywhere or enter into a contract. In our assessment the German Accessibility Strengthening Act therefore does not cover it. We meet the requirements anyway — a site usable only with a mouse and only with good eyesight would be badly made, obligation or not.

What is in place

• The site is fully operable by keyboard; the focus is visible at all times.
• Structure through real headings, lists and landmarks — no imitations made of text boxes.
• Text can be enlarged to 200 % without losing content; the layout follows the window size down to 320 pixels.
• Colour contrasts meet level AA; colour is never the only means of conveying information.
• The animations are decoration, not information. Anyone whose system is set to “reduce motion” does not get to see them — the hologram then stands still and the fade-ins are dropped.
• A light and a dark appearance are available, as are German and English.
• The content works without JavaScript; without scripting only the holograms are missing and the company details are served statically.

What is not accessible yet

• The holograms are images on a canvas. They carry no information that is not also in the text, and are therefore marked as purely decorative.
• This statement rests on a self-assessment. No third-party audit has taken place yet.
